Public bug reported:

Use nautilus to do the following:
* Create file "test"
* Make link to file "test" in a separate folder "a"
* Rename link to "test"
* Drag original file "test" into folder "a"
* Confirm you want to replace the file
Result:
* The original file is truncated and the link remains the same
Expected behavior:
* The link is replaced with a copy of the original file

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
