Thank you for reporting this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Unfortunately we require more information. In a terminal, please run the command 'top' to determine the process that is requiring the most resources. Additionally, please attach the output of "top > top.log" (you will need to end the process after a few seconds with ctrl+C). Finally, please attach the files /proc/acpi/processor/* that are named throttling. Thanks in advance.
