You were right! /sbin/update-grub belongs to grub-gfxboot So I've installed grub and uninstalled grub-gfxboot (because incompatibility), rebooted and know grub says I have Ubuntu!
And know the question is: why had I got grub-gfxboot instead of grub? I've upgrade to feisty from a edgy, and some users seems to have the same problem: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=305123 Maybe we should depend ubuntu-something on grub.
