lockup-err-msg-cleanup.patch looks great to get a backtrace when X lockups. The problem is that I cannot figure out on which version of mieq.c should be patched.
It is easy to modify this patch so that is can be applied on mieq.c you get viq apt-get source but it doesn't compile (xorg-backtrace() is not definied). Could someone tell me how I can get the correct set of files to perform this test. -- Confusing error message printed when X locks up.
