Hi,

Yes,now it is not a problem any more.sorry for not having updated the issue.
I tried the fresh Ubuntu edition and the mouse which didn't work well in
Hardy is now running well under 8.10.I guess it is the old driver's problem
and it has been fixed in the new kernel.
