I am having the same problem with my Holex M0241. When I try to pair under MacOS, a window comes up asking me to enter the PIN, I enter 0000 and it pairs without any problem.
Under Intrepid, a screen flashes up so quickly I can't see what it is saying, and then it says that pairing failed.
