Hi Vilbara, It's best if bug reports target one specific issue. So let's focus on the suspend/resume issue here. Is this still an issue with the final release for Intrepid? If so, can you attach the output of 'sudo lspci -vvnn'. I know you commented you have the same HP nx8220 model but I want to make sure you indeed have the same hardware, otherwise you should open a new report. Assuming you have the same hardware, also please post the output of 'cat /proc/version_signature' an additionaly attach your dmesg output after an attempted suspend/resume cycle as outlined at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingKernelSuspend .
