I just want know, I am new to Linux-bug reporting, I have used Ubuntu since its conception, loved it. I want to know, how can I help in reporting for bugs, like is there a debug mode ? What are the steps? What is a standardized way ? What is one to do, when Ubuntu just crashes and nothing except reboot is the only way out, something that resembles windows, the very reason for me to leave it is haunting me ;-)
