Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-nv
Error message that no screens found, as well as that NVidia driver
failed to initialize. KSet mode, UT-GetMode and VT-Gt State failed
because of bad file description. I did save the log file, both before
and after a last desparate attempt to correct low-res monitor info, but
I'm a newbie and can't find where it's located.
