lspci -vvnn will follow soon. Problem is reproducible if I use the gnome display manager. If I do in a terminal xrandr -s1 xrandr -s0 then problem disappear. So it is a problem of gnome display manager that seems to do something different then just a xrandr -s0 to put in 1280x800
