Sound worked fine on hardy. I updated to intrepid and installed Flash 10 and sound didn’t work. (Beeping worked though). Tried the fixes above fixes and still didn’t work. Menu->Sound&Video->Volume Control Un-muted PCM and turned it up. Sound Works!!!
