Here's a shot at cleaning up the error message to make it a bit more
clear on what's going on.

This will make it print the backtrace, and maybe the mieqEnequeue line
once, and then print out "stuck in a loop" as much as it wants, and
refer the user to the backtrace for details.

For those who are trying to debug your individual lockup issues, I wrote

that you might find of use.  If you find it incomplete or confusing, let
me know (or edit the wiki directly.)
