Public bug reported: There seems there is no way to FORCE Gnome to open PDFs with other application than evince.
I try to force using Acrobat Reader isntead of evince by changinf both: /etc/gnome/defaults.list AND ~/.local/share/applications/defaults.list And the result is that some apps like thunderbird, chose Acrobat instead of evince conrrectly but both the desktop (GNOME) and nautilus open the PDF file ONLY with evince by default. How can this be changed?
