Binary package hint: compiz
I have Dell 1420n with NVIDIA latest .80 driver via Envy, plus two
transparent panels at top of my screen.
When rotating with Compiz cube, the panels create a white flickering
horizontal line at the tops and bottoms of the panels.
This did not happen in Hardy.
