I have observed the same bug. Clicking Bookmarks brings up the Page Bookmarked dialogue occasionally instead of the drop-down menu. In addition, I've seen the 'Edit Bookmark' dialogue appear. Clicking History has also resulted in going one page back (which is the first item in the drop-down menu which should have appeared).
