Basically, you add the two lines shown to your /etc/apt/sources.list; then you either open Synaptic, update the repositories, and select the package (evolution- data-server-2.24.1-0ubuntu1ppa4), or you run from the command line (sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install evolution-data-server).
