Binary package hint: pidgin
after doing a clean installation of Intrepid, I am unable to log-in to
gmail account. I tried deleting and recreating the account a lot, also
tried another gmail account. tried to remove ~/.purple folder and
creating everything again but no progress.
yahoo and msn accounts work well, and this gmail account works on other
computers and on same computer using google talk gadget.
the error message is "Could not establish a connection with the server:
Connection timed out"........
