Is this translation issue related to the registration process? (see bug 285684, which has a screenshot) If so, it's worked around in Ubuntu by disabling this dialog.
In any case, you should report it to the upstream bug tracker (http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Bugtracker), because (despite of the previous comment), the translations of virtualbox-ose do not come from Launchpad, but Sun itself.
