Having a similar issue with intrepid; although sometimes Xorg just dies and I see crazy pixels all over the screen. Can drop down to a tty and reboot, but can't actually properly see what I'm typing in. Pixels change on the screen so I know I'm doing *something*, but it's not readable at all.
