Thanks for reporting this bug and any supporting documentation. Since
this bug has enough information provided for a developer to begin work,
I'm going to mark it as confirmed and let them handle it from here. Bug
#121368 is a duplicate of this bug that was reported against Kubuntu
7.04. It is not a matter of not knowing how to run the flie as the
system just does not recognize the .bin as existing. Thanks for taking
the time to make Ubuntu better!
