It looks a lot better, but not great. When I run it in a window without compiz activated, it is just fine - smoth animation, CPU consumtion around 30%. With compiz, the planet disappears after a few seconds and only the stars are seen. When run in fullscreen mode with or without compiz, it the animation looks just fine but there is a delay of 5-10 seconds from the time the mouse is moved or a key pressed to anything happening.
