I just upgraded to Ubuntu 8.10, and I have had minimal problems. the
one major one is that I cannot use the guest session. it just brings up
a terminal, logged in as guest, with a black screen all behind it.
this seems more like a GDM type issue, but i'm stil not completely sure.
