Same error experienced,

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ sudo parted /dev/sda print
Model: ATA HITACHI_DK23FB-6 (scsi)
Disk /dev/sda: 60.0GB
Sector size (logical/physical): 512B/512B
Partition Table: msdos

Number Start End Size Type File system Flags
 1 32.3kB 20.0GB 20.0GB primary ntfs boot

Attachment shows relevant ubiquity screenshot displaying incorrect
report of 100% partition size.

Later installation summary shows the following information

The partition tables of the following devices are changed:
 SCSI2 (0,0,0) (sda)

The following partitions are going to be formatted:
 partition #5 of SCSI2 (0,0,0) (sda) as ext3
partition #6 of SCSI2 (0,0,0) (sda) as swap

This suggests correct operation of the largest continuous free space
option. However the earlier report of 100% drive partitioning was
worrying.
