Ok, removed lots of other stuff completely, like vmware .. just had the problem again and noticed this in the logs;
[mi] EQ overflowing. The server is probably stuck in an infinite loop. [mi] mieqEnequeue: out-of-order valuator event; dropping. So .. same problem.
