** Description changed: In System Preferences --> Keyboard and Mouse --> Hotkeys there are hotkeys for volume up and volume down. In my case these hotkeys are basically the same as volume up and down for PCM of my secondary soundcard. I think it would make more sense if these hotkeys would assign dynamically to the front volume of the main soundcard. + + edit: I found out that it is possible to chance the master channel + within kmix. Even thought it might be better if this would be possible + from within system settings...
