This error most often occures when connecting to WPA2 network. In my case, I'm using - linux-backports-modules-2.6.27-7-generic 2.6.27-7.4 - network-manager 0.6.6-0ubuntu5 (from hardy, needed due to wireless settings) - WPA2 Enterprise/PEAP/GTC Connecting to non-encrypted networks works fine. ** Affects: linux-backports-modules-2.6.27 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: ath5k gtc intrepid linux-backports-modules wireless wpa2 ** Tags added: ath5k gtc intrepid linux-backports-modules wireless wpa2 -- [inrepid] ath5k linux-backports-modules crash https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/290991 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
