I am also seeing the same issues with disassociating by local choice. I have been checking everything out on the backend and the system isn't even attempting to auth at all. I have checked the logs on our radius server. I can provide any additional information. I have verified that there is not a problem with the driver as I can connect with wpa_supplicant when NetworkManager has been disabled. Also, I did run into a couple of issues with the modules. If I attempt to load wpa_supplicant then disconnect it, I am unable to reassociate until I unload the entire wireless stack then reload them.
