Why this bug is only with Medium importance and Inconfirmed state? It makes Evolution unusable for plenty of users. When you have another mailboxes on the server, the directly build-in notification in evolution is unusable (monitors only Inbox). As I read in Bug 251031, the patch exists for mandriva from august 2008, but its only manual and requires compilation of latest version.
