Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: synaptic

I've enabled the partner repository in Software Sources, however things
that are in it (like adobe flash) fail to install. It also fails to show
up in "origin" after sources.

I've reloaded the source list in synaptic several times just to be sure.
When I added a PPA from someone, it did work fine.
