@rpgmaker: yes, I too think that not every bug can be solved in time,
but from this page it seems that there are a lot of configurations in
which this happens, and the impossibility to shut down the system
(because if it hangs for more than 30 seconds, people will "hard shut
down" it) is an important problem, IMHO.

One other thing: this bug is attached to the NetworkManager, but in my
system I am not using it, that is /etc/init.d/NetworkManager is not
started on boot, but with the -rt kernel it happened anyway.
