This is very strange. I rebooted, and tried again. This time, it seemed to
download ok, but didn't "enable", and didn't give the same (blank) dialog
box. So I did what any insane person would do: I tried a 3rd time, expecting
different results. This time, it downloaded fine, and enabled successfully,
but required a reboot. I rebooted, and it appears to be behaving its self!

I don't have a screenshot, because it behaved differently each of the 4
times I tried it. Boy, non-deterministic bugs are the worst.
