Okay, when setting width and height to 100%, the background picture
looks distorted on narrow displays (like 4:3 screens). Is there no way
to scale the image's width and height proportionally until the entire
screen is filled (cutting top and bottom on wide displays and cutting
left and right on narrow displays)? The problem with the original patch
is that it works fine on widescreen displays, but if you have a 4:3
screen, the background image does not extend to the top and bottom of
the screen.
