It is still open. I've just booted the latest daily-live and this issue persists.
Everybody using ABNT2 will notice right away, because it is a such helpful key while you are typing numbers and currency values. IMHO, it is a CRITICAL one. It will be really great to have this bug fixed before Ibex release.
