I can confirm the crash. DomU are 2x Edgy installed via xen-create-image. Kernel is xen-image-xen0-2.6.17-6-generic-xen0 (both Dom0 and DomU). Hypervisor is xen-hypervisor-3.0-i386.
The kernel panic occurs regardless of which of the two DomUs is started first. When I use the binary package provided by xensource, both DomUs boot up, although they still use the Ubuntu-provided kernel. The DomUs are stored on disk, I do not use LVM.
