Public bug reported:

I have a IOGear MiniUSB Bluetooth Adapter, ID below from lsusb:

Bus 002 Device 002: ID 0a12:0001 Cambridge Silicon Radio, Ltd Bluetooth
Dongle (HCI mode)

and My mouse is a Microsoft Laser Mouse 8000 Bluetooth

I paired my mouse/system using the bluetooth applet in GNOME (8.10) and
it works; I have my Bluetooth set as always visiable, but upon reboot my
mouse doesn't work. I click and mouse my mouse but nothing happens. I
have to turn off my mouse and on again for the computer to see it.
