Same issue there. Actually my /etc/resolv.conf often gets cleared by
networkmanager at reboot. However I don't know what triggers the issue.

I have two network interfaces, my mainboard is an Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe.
One network interface is desactivated, and the network manager always
clears the /etc/resolv.conf file.

The issue is fairly critical for novice users who won't be able to go to
the internet because of this issue.

The only WA consists in rewriting manually the /etc/resolv.conf file
every time it gets cleared.
