Did you run ecryptfs-setup-private from the command line, or did you choose to have an encrypted private directory in the installer?
When you run 'ecryptfs-unwrap-passphrase', after the warning about the salt value, does it return your mount passphrase? What's the exit code? (Hint: echo $?) Make sure you quote your login passphrase if you have any funny characters. :-Dustin -- Can open Private directory after a reboot https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/259631 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
