I don't know, because I am not the administrator. Though, it has a chance that somebody changed the system. There are a lot of administrators in the school where the error occured. The super- administrator said that he was waiting for the 8.10. edition, and he would install that, instead. Anyway, there are so many applications insalled on the system that anything could cause this proplem.
