Here is a sample of the 268 pages long document. I cut it back to a few pages (the first chapter out of six). It is a document presenting education statistics for Québec. When converted to pdf you will notice that all links work except those inside a footer. The same behavior occurs in OOo 3.0 (official Sun version) in both 64bits or 32bits for Linux.
