Problems after upgrade from Dapper to Edgy :
- At exit , power is not cut and fan goes full speed.
- Multiples error in dmesg :
- ACPI: Looking for DSDT ... not found!
- ACPI: Unable to turn cooling device [dffdfdec] 'on'
- ibm_acpi: ec object not found
- pcc_acpi: loading...
- acpi_cpufreq: Unknown symbol cpu_online_map
- Error during acpid initialization
There are already lot of buggs reports arround issues related to ACPI but I
don't there what is the primary source of the problems, so I post it as a new
bugg ...
I'm running AMD Athlon XP in HP Pavilion Desktop.
