chemicalmime is depended on by gchemutils at the moment. The new version
depends on chemical-mime-data instead, but also build-depends on
libgoffice-1-dev. We don't currently have libgoffice-1-dev, though it
should be coming at some point in the near future. After we've got that,
we can get the new gnome-chemistry-utils, and thus remove chemicalmime.
