Public bug reported:

When attempting to install 8.10 Beta of Ubuntu, I selected the "Guided -
Resize SCSI1 (0,0,0), partion #1 (sda) and use freed space" option in
the partitioning tool.

It shows the following percentages by default (based on the 4GB used):

Before: /dev/sda1 99%, Free Space 0%
After: /dev/sda1 99%, Free Space 6%, Ubuntu 8.10 - 6%

Dragging the slider to different sizes does not modify the /dev/sda1
number (it always stays at 99%) and the Free Space and Ubuntu
percentages always mirror each other (60%, -60%).

Moving the mouse pointer over the New partition size window, the
percentages appear to be correct.
