Mcuerdo, Since you have had this happen multiple time, it might be a good idea for you to install the debug symbols for the package. Download these files, and install them with dpkg http://people.ubuntu.com/~pitti/ddebs/pool/multiverse/m/mythtv/libmyth-0.20-dbgsym_0.20-0.2ubuntu2_i386.ddeb http://people.ubuntu.com/~pitti/ddebs/pool/multiverse/m/mythtv/mythtv-backend-dbgsym_0.20-0.2ubuntu2_i386.ddeb
