Looking into this further it turns out that most of the options in the
Advanced dialog do not set and unset properly.  I've attached a patch
that adds the EAP authentication option to the settings and also fixes
the other options so they can be set and unset.

I'm not sure how to default to EAP off on a new connection, so it's not
the best fix as that should usually default to off as it's for smart
cards I believe.
