Recent updates have resulted in a consistent network connection, though the
network monitor is not working and displays no connection...I do have a
connection. During boot: starting network manager ok, then starting network
manager fail.
Shutting down is a major problem...firstly it goes to the session splash screen
instead of shutting down...then I have to choose shutdown...then confirm that I
want to shutdown...Then some problem with network manager results in the
command line freezing at system halted....and I have to press the power button
again.
