Tim, Do you enter anything in the Password: prompt in the authentication dialog that pops up when you attempt to use the vpn connection? Also, do you enter anything in the Group Password: prompt? The fact that you leave the password prompt blank when using vpnc on the command-line and then enter your passcode at the next prompt is confusing me a little.
I'm asking this because I also use two-factor auth, more specifically SecurID to connect to my workplace through VPN, and if I enter the full passcode (my PIN + numbers on the keyfob) at the auth dialog network- manager-vpnc displays, I get through just fine. The only reason I would get a failure, and then a new prompt from VPNC in NetworkManager logs (passcode or Password, i can't remember), if if the specific token I use is in "next token" mode. / Matt -- Network Manager does not allow "Xauth Interactive" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/214405 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
