Hi Bryce:
Attached are the files you requested. I was running 64 bit when I reported the 
bug
but now Iam using the 32bit version and get the same problem. some of my icons 
are chopped
short on the far left below applications (ications) and about 1" is missing on 
the right, that is shorter but
the exit door still shows. It doesn't show as much on the screenshot but does 
on whats being
displayed on the monitor.

Any thing more I can provide, Just let me know...
