This currently works for me, I was able to print this bug page to a PDF
without problems. Can you check which version of Firefox you have
installed?
apt-cache show firefox | grep Version
I have 3.0.3+build1+nobinonly-0ubuntu1 installed.
See if you have the same or a different version, and see if you can
still reproduce it on the latest version. If so, please provide the URL
of the page which you are trying to print which is crashing.
