Public bug reported:
I'm used to "focus strictly below mouse" in Kubuntu but since upgraded
from Dapper to Edgy, the focus flickers (switches rapidly and
continuously) between two windows, the one in foreground and any in the
background, making almost impossible to do anything in the "focused"
window. This happens only when the foreground window is not maximized.
This annoying behavior stops when the foreground window is maximized.
Any idea?
