I can't reproduce this on my machine; I thought the problem could be related to 
the name being used for your partitions (which contains a space) but in bug 
279791 there is a crash reported with a similar .conkyrc (and partition names 
without a space).
Can you try to obtain a proper backtrace (see 
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash)? The one reported by apport 
doesn't seem reliable.
Also, could you try to remove all entries and selectively add them back to 
.conkyrc so that we can pinpoint where exactly is the problem?
